This class is designed to improve range of motion, enhance muscle flexibility and increase level’s of core muscle strength. Through a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises this will also increase awareness of one own’s body potential as it connects to expression through movement, build core strength to help keep you safe, while challenging your body to stay strong. There is no age limit on this class.
