Ready to jump? The basis of Jump Fit is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and ”power sports” elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that one’s whole body will be strengthened. Each class will begin with a 5 minute warm up and stretch, then 40 minutes of Jump Fit followed by a 5 minute cool down and stretch. This class is high energy, fun and will keep you fit. Dress code: Comfortable workout clothing and gym shoes. All fitness students that register must add a credit or debit card to the portal placed on auto pay. Summer classes will be offered.
