Step Fit Monday 5:30 pm & Tuesday 12 pm
Step fit is a routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, or circular platform. This fitness class will get your heart rate up and increase cardio fitness, burn calories, tone and shape your butt and legs. Improve coordination and agility. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that one’s whole body will be strengthened. Each class will begin with a 5 minute warm up and stretch, then 40 minutes of Jump Fit followed by a 5 minute cool down and stretch. Dress code: Comfortable workout clothing and gym shoes. All fitness students that register must add a credit or debit card to the portal placed on auto pay. Summer classes will be offered. This class is fun! Get ready to feel great and stay in shape.
